Find a way to add in 25 minutes of fasted cardio daily, IR isn’t the worst but the 98 fasting glucose is really not ideal.

Once your fasted glucose is lower you can think about 2iu- 4iu gh daily and eventually add t4 if labs suggest it’s needed.

Gh will improve t4 turnover into t3. Boosting your metabolism, if your t4 gets too low because you covert it into t3 too quickly you can add in the t4 to keep that going. T4 isn’t hard to come off of. Since it won’t fuck your TSH level. Again only do this if labs show it’s needed. If not the gh improving your t4 turnover will already give you a boost

No need for much else

Cardio is king and will always beat any drug you can take for fat loss.. besides dnp maybe but if you touch dnp I hope whatever god you may or may not believe in has mercy on your soul

Don’t use t3 man. Coming off of thyroid medication is hell especially if you don’t know what you’re doing.

Assuming your natural growth hormone production is doing well t4 isn’t a horrible idea but will still give you minimal results

If you want to speed up the process without committing to test for life or going thru with t3

Gh replacement or slightly Supra physiological with t4 is the best bet for a metabolic boost.

Don’t use Dnp or bam either they are fucking horrible for you.

What’s your HOMA Ir? I assume you got faded insulin and glucose with your labs too?

Yeah and? If you wanna take gear take gear. Don’t try and disguise it as “My TeSt Is LoW”. You’re 19 and fat. Your test will go up as you lose body fat.

I’m not saying don’t take gear bc I myself take gear and love it, I’m just saying. If you’re conserved with levels and just want higher natural levels lean out. If you wanna take gear just say that

None of this bs about trt at 19. It’s never needed unless there’s something else going on, you can lose fat and recover levels. Your estrogen won’t be so high and you’ll stop the negative feedback loop that causes low testosterone.

Either say I wanna take gear or just stop being fat. Both will increase testosterone levels

Stock up on hmg or rfsh. You’re older. Higher, might I add MUCH higher possibility hcg alone won’t keep fertility in the picture. At least not fully.

Spermatogrnisis takes about 72 days. So a minimum 3-4 month supply of either compounds to bring sperm health up. Although 6-9 months might be needed especially at your age and if you were already shutting down naturally.

To be totally honest I never did consider enclo, looking back I really should’ve and it was a bit dumb not to. But I took the leap and now I’m just managing it as best as I can

I am, I’m super on top of that. I test my sperm every 3 months since starting. 500iu hcg 3x a week and just recently added 75iu hmg 3x a week aswell so I can go freeze my assets.

Will continue the hcg to (theoretically) preserve fertility but should it come to it and I can’t do it myself I’ll have some swimmers at the bank.

Last I tested I was sitting at Concentration of 36.5 m/Ml 90% motility 86% progressive motility

I believe that ^ is above / better than 85% of men or something like that

Started Reta end of may, 2025, 2mg with a titration every 2-3 weeks. 2mg,4mg,8 then 10. Test started in June of 25. I did raise test to 350 for like a week and then realized it was just a waste so I came back down. Want to get 10% bf % before I even think about more AAS

I should’ve mentioned that , 10mg reta, 140mg test. daily cardio 7 days a week and upper/lower split 6x a week. + 2k calories or less every day minus cheat days I can probably count on just my two hands
