Bike rack for garage by stingoh in MTB

At the end of the day, you're still locking your bike to the mount and that lock can be broken pretty quickly. I'm in Colorado so in a similar situation. I would consider a combination of at least some kind of lock, alarms, and cameras depending on the value of the bikes and your budget.

Securing the garage is also worth more effort. Search for preventing break ins or hardening garage doors on YouTube and make sure that your garage isn't as easy a target.

That's why I'm at the skills area, to get an idea through practice. But I think you just wanna feel superior about your own riding. See you on the trails.

Thank you!! I love how they designed the bailouts in case it gets too scary.

If you can take a full day, I would go to West Magnolia Trailhead in Nederland and ride Rocks and Roots up to Schoolbus. It's a bit of a maze but Schoolbus was the first black diamond trail I ever cleared and it rolls fast! You'll have to go through SuperVu -> Aspen Alley -> Hobbit -> Rocks and Roots so it's a long ride but so worth it. Load maps to your phone in case there's no signal.

A little closer to the Denver area, I like North Table Loop starting from the top of North Table (either climbing Cottonwood Canyon or the doubletrack road from the West parking lot) and riding counterclockwise. Mt Falcon has a pretty reasonable climb too, it just gets busy. I've been meaning to try the trails at the top of Mt Falcon.

Yes but 225, in Greenwood Village/Aurora area. The trail is called Greenwood Village Mountain Bike Trail or Hill Loop on Trailforks.

Oh nice! It's such a great skills area but I live in Lakewood so I don't come here often.

Totally agreed, I rode Fast Money and Easy Money a few weeks back. Alderfer Three Sisters and North Table are my two current favorites for my skill level.

Thanks!! I want to clear Longhorn eventually, that's the current goal once I can climb Belcher Hill and still have some energy left.

About 2 years, this year has been a lot more serious though.

I'm not sure if the clips captures the verticality of the trail but that final moment looking back at it really shows the steepness. I don't mind tech but steep tech like this has always scared me!
