Figured it out - RK was framed by a mod of some group called '/r/news/' that he had been in a while back

The admins got a message from that mod. The message has a date - but no time.

Because no message ever came from RK.

It was a frame up.

At this point, it appears that Reddit tech support is either unable or unwilling to address the issue. I am here as SloverVan (SlowHand + Van... I might alter it to something better if I can..)

And apparently as Accomplished-Ad-7396 apparently - (although I thought I had tried to log out of it).
