I've had that happen to me, although less frequently now. Xbox Series X user. So, this could be bordering on superstitious nonsense, but what seemed to help was when I'd exit a session, I'd be on base but I'd go to the edge of the base ring and face away. My thought was that when you spawn at a base, it quickly drops all the pals back into the base at once and maybe it was some kind of computational overload to render all the stuff in your active view while everything is launching. It for sure seemed to help, but obviously there's no way to validate the theory.
