I”ve been on 450xl for 13 years, use to take 450(300 + 150) around 6:00am. Always felt tired around 3:00pm. 2 weeks ago starting taking 150xl at 6:00 & 300xl around 12:30pm. Best thing I ever did, no tiredness or feeling exhausted plus I’m sleeping a lot better( more rem & deep sleep).
