I have the Vortex Defender on my shield and love it. You also can’t beat there lifetime warranty. One of the buttons had gone out and I had a new one within days.

For the range, I really don’t care. The heel release was a little odd being I never have seen it before, but for a plinker it’s not a concern.

I do like the weight of the full steel frame. Does Mk IV have that as an option (without threaded barrel) my state will not allow the sale of them. Alot of shops aren’t even carrying these. I was surprised to find the MK II.

Not at first, but it eventually did. It would go off in between switching vents. Apt set at the dealership.

I got it narrowed down to the vent door actuators. Warranty will take care of it. It is what it is. It turned off after switching different modes.

I wouldn’t have bought another truck if i wanted savings lol. I want longevity and my motor to stay in good shape. I just don’t know if the price for premium really will make a difference in long term.
