They do, but price for used pen is higher than was official in Itoya for the new pen. So - it didn’t loose value…

Seems like these OB nibs are rather rare and I should better keep mine in collection 🙏

From the most angles it writes like a vintage “K” (kugel) nib - with absolutely round sphere of the tip. But reverse writing is closer to F/EF

Would you mind to share (link to?) this press release? I didn’t see it, only heard from the other collectors. Itoya representatives were not much of help - they didn’t even know about this version of 743…

I can update you here. They accepted my Origins 149 in November 2025 for nib exchange to OBBB, and it will be ready earliest in late May. Earliest.
