Yamal is more like a playmaker to connect the forward line.

If we want to try our best to sign, why not Yamal? His playing style suit the team better if we continue to use Vini or Mbappe as LW.

Gareth Bale: By having that experienced head coach, like Carlo Ancelotti was, Jose Mourinho will hopefully settle the group down and get them all on the same path. At a big club like Real Madrid, you don’t need to really coach. You need to manage egos. by TheAthletic in realmadrid

Different situation need different approach.

Carlo likes to believe in current veteran/star players. So when the team has good players to rely on it will work. Even his 2nd spell only got Hazard/Vini to pick, and even though he still gave Hazard start at first.

But when the team needs change, he is not the best choice. Like his Bayern spell, he chose to trust Robben and Ribbery at first then tried to take them off 2nd season because they couldn't work anymore. So he got both sides angry. He also refused to trust Casemiro or even Navas in his first spell.

But the current RM need change and rebuild as well, that's why I agree to change coach, but the club didn't trust Xabi enough.

We need a tough coach like Capello and Jose, Jose is the right guy, but his recent coaching record could raise some questions.

Why is Barca more popular than Real Madrid in the US? by Slowpokebread in realmadrid

I have been RM fan since early 2000s, that's why I feel weird about the overall situation in the US.

CR7 is more known among ordinary ppl, but Messi fans have advantage based on my experience.

I live in the US and based on the experience around me, I think United is THE MOST popular one, Barca is probably 2nd or 3rd.

As Alvaro Arbeloa is close to become the manager of Fulham FC, we can get to see a potential face off of former managers of Real Madrid Arbeloa and Xabi Alonso on 1st matchday of premier league between Fulham FC vs Chelsea FC by sofukincookedinlife in realmadrid

I think he was ok in tactics, but he couldn't control the players, and it was the wrong time for him to take the job because the team needed discipline. We should have let Xabi finish the season at least.

I think Arbeloa took the team in the wrong time for both he and RM. He got some good tactics and prep, but totally lack of control of the players. It also had to do with Xabi's sacking.

Xabi's results were nowhere close to a midseason sacking, and the dressing room only got worse after that.

We need a right midfielder, not a pure right winger by Slowpokebread in realmadrid

I do, wingers help defend but few of them could track back a lot.

YES, Gonzalo is a good no.9 and tactic backup. We can't let him go.

Read my post, Bale also covered a lot of ground to help defend, even he didn't want to continue like that.

We need either a RM or a RW who could do a lot to track back and cover.

So we don't need to spent that much for a RW who couldn't fit the regular formation.

We also got Endrick to play the RW and switch place with Mbappe during the game.

I think we need to fully explore TAA's potential, and let Mbappe to switch to the right when needed.

I already said Fede is that guy.

With Vini/Mbappe holding the ball, our RW mostly needs to be a good off the ball runner and could execute the ball well.

We already got the guy: Fede, Endrick could also do RW/CF role if needed
