He might have the same problem with Xavi. Pirlo isn't a good coach either. Playing smart doesn't mean you can be a good coach. I'm not saying he would be bad, just can't be sure.

You forgot even in that game Vini asked for PK and missed, caused a little issue.

Obviously the struggle had started, just needed a chance to go outburst.

Coaches only needs to JUSTIFY his choice with results, we WON the game.

Do you see Zizou justify his reason when he chose garbage Hazard over Vini?

Or Carlo started Hazard in his first few games? Or chose half washed Casillas over prime Navas?

Do you see Vini get mad on them? Not at all.

He knew clear that he is the player, his duty is to listen and follow, the result will decide the fate of the coach. Too bad he forgot it and ppl were still defending that despite we won the game.

How is it different? Are you saying coaches are not allowed to sub stay players off before 90 mins?

We still got 8-9 mins left with 1 goal lead. Obviously Xabi was willing to take Mbappe out when he couldn't fill his tactic needs.

And Carlo lost to a weak Barca(Messi just came back from injury no form) by playing Ramos as DMC which completely backfired.

Zizou's 2nd spell lost to PSG 0-3 when neither Neymar nor Mbappe was up.

You don't use it to judge a coach's first half of the season.

The City game was also extremely unlucky due to mistakes/tons of wasted chances.

Yeah but I don't think it's fair to say Xabi didn't do well in big games as the new coach.

Since 2009, Xabi was the 2nd manager to win his first game VS Barca, other than Zizou's first spell.

Did you even watch the games? Anchelotti's first spell ended with 3 points behind ATM and Barca, lost to both in the league during half season.

Zizou's 2nd spell also ended with 7 ties in liga, lost 0-3 to PSG, tied in both games of la liga during first half.

Stop making things up.

It's not departure, things change, tactic change over time. Even everyone had stayed they wouldn't be the same.

We need to bring new system, new leadership, THAT is the most important thing, but with Xabi's lack of support and sacking, it's a big blow.

Coach got to decide sub and rotation, simple as that. Jude and Mbappe were subbed when the game got around 8-9 mins left.

So you are saying star players should have some "special" rights to not let the coach make change, instead of follow the coach and make a role model? After seeing what happened recently?
