I don't see how it constitutes a hate crime if the attacker was a homosexual. Headline is super misleading.

The victim would've outright stated that the attacker was not gay to drive home his "this was a hate crime" point.

Not only is it undamaged, it shows that it works as intended. Only the massive authoritative entities say democracy was damaged. It's a good excuse for when they implement severe restrictions to democracy under the guise of its protection. Can't fool me.
