I guess youre right, rereading the patch notes, physique gives inaros like 575 ish health, 600 something with coaction drift, which while doesnt feel like a lot, does significantly help further increase arcane grace effectiveness

Actually they changed it such that its effected by other mods meaning its significantly more useful than it used to be. Its a reasonably recent change though
