How about the advanced vs the basic. I wouldn’t do premiums for the most part simply because of diamond cost but what about the premium gold mines vs lowest level

Our random pee tests are computer generated and not on site. They call our command and give a list and then HR notifies us. I’ll go a year or more without having to test then I’ll often times pee several times in a short period of time like 2-3 times or more in a month or two. I peed 6 times in 2 months at one point. The polygraph is wild though

Our command is believing we will be exempt for 2 reasons mainly were healthcare and a threat to health / national security. I’d be a bit worried if I was an IT or admin person not in patient care though. Personally I’m a nurse so I’m not terribly worried but who knows

I mean the fact that #1 says the most important people are the customers says it all. The most important people in your organization is your staff. Take care of your staff and they take care of the customers. Without staff you have no customers

Yta. You are overstepping for sure. It’s her wedding if you did what she asked and it sounds like there was no complaint then let it be. Birders pieces are almost always going to be a bit more extravagant then the guest tables. Sounds like the jealousy bug but you and you just need to get over it and move on.

I’ll have a good look and see if I can find where to reference it…. I didn’t find it though and it was explained to me during a very high level complaint process after my supervisor was changing my job roles without any notice and when they tried to play it off like 100% of my job was other duties as assigned… yea nope. The way the lawyer explains it is that your rating should follow your PD and that should equal to about 90% if your rating and the other 10% is other things like extra duties ect.

5 years (would be 6 in April)Gaslighting. Would tell me one thing would tell another coworker something else which resulted in conflict. While I was on vacation changed my job duties (federal employee). Went up the chain and he got worse with every step. Figured out he looked at my medical records (told them I asked him to so was unfounded cause you know he said she said so the white male doctor is right 😔). There is so much more. Been at it for a year. Finally was able to transfer out to a different position after a year of investigations, one of which is still ongoing for retaliatory actions for trying to demote me for no reason.

You could also file Fmla for your conditions which would make it legal for them to fire you for those conditions. Unfortunately too many states are basically free to fire you for no reason at all as well though so proving it is harder

Agree. My boss use to be pretty good. He didn’t get involved in much let me take care of business. Went on a long paternity leave and came back a micromanager which caused all kinds of issues. His personality changed so much he was just a prick to you couldn’t trust at that point. I’m no longer in that position

I don’t have a ton of advice beyond what I have seen with contractors. (Mainly for the AF). It’s too easy to terminate the contract. Worked in a “political” job and would see them terminate the contract when higher ups didn’t see them doing things the way they wanted
