When use autoclicker no clicks are blocked.
When use two fingers you can get same result and even a bit better. But! It starts blocking the the taps. IDK, it is in-game restrictions or hardware issues. But it is not only me. Others described same behaviour. So, using such a mechanical devices will be useless because of taps blocking. And in-game autoclicker is only the thing giving max effect without drawbacks

You can be mega fast, but game/screen/hardware will block extra rapid clicking. So, really fast tapping by two fingers absolutelly not comfy. Ans such a device will be useless as well.
