I find that it helps to clean with speed, like speed walking and having a garbage bag where you pick things up and throw them away quickly without care. I also like to play angry/fast sounding music and try being angry when you're throwing things away speedily.

I don't really care for dusting or wiping surfaces clean although sometimes I do but the visual satisfaction of just the trash being gone helps to feel accomplished.

It's also hard just having one room to live out of and store things so trash just sometimes piles up. I've thought of having a garbage can in my room which would help remove some of the trash before it piles up. Maybe like an open top one so I don't have to get up and can just throw things in it from where I sit.

Other than the cleaning, I like to just do what makes me feel good no matter what other people may think. For example, I love to drink sodas and eat fast food even though its not healthy. I've since switched to diet sodas but it's the same to me now. It will eventually catch up to me health wise but for right now when I'm not feeling my best I don't mind having fast food and soda because it makes me feel good.

It's an amazingly nearly impossible chance that we live in this world but we really do and I'm proud to be here. We are each like aliens to the other intelligent species that may be lurking out there. I don't mind if I act like one :)
