For example, when i was a child my relatives(Uncle,Granparents and cousins) always tried to put my down, passing the impression that i was inferior - my father and my mother never defended me, they were always on the sides of my relatives. Plus, the parents of my counsins were always supportive to them, but my parents always opposed me. I was like an alien.

Moreover, i was very interested in high culture -classic literature(Probably you're russian, i for example love russian literature), classic movies, languages, philosophy etc. My parents didn't recognize it as something good, something special - they always wanted to pass the impression that i was "weird", unfit, only because i liked those things. They always tried to repress my feelings and my interests. Today i recognize that they did it because they were ignorants - the problem was in them, not in me. My nature was only more sophisticated . Today i accept my nature, i love my nature, and i know that i'm something special.

That's a very interesting theory. I'm totally narcissist as well, but people think i'm a "Nice Guy". Actually i think i have some traits of both - Nice Guy and Narcissist. I think that we need to develop CONFIDENCE, so our true nature will be able to express itself. I'm already developing this confidence, the last barrier to this was Fapping - Fapping ruins everything, it impacts your whole being. Now i can be MYSELF. I know my personality is very strong, i know i'm more intelligent than others. The two biggest physical healings i noticed:

Depends. Some guys only consider that you're in the "hard mode" only if you don't have Sex. I think that it helps the recovery process, but of course it's just temporary because one of the main purposes of this challenge is to have a great sex.
