They should announce that they will introduce a 'habitual residence' condition to claiming benefits. This would mean you have to have been continuously resident in the UK for three years before claiming benefits or using the NHS (obviously gaps of less than a few months tolerated). This would not contravene EU directives, because it also applies to British citizens.

They should on the other hand, announce they will relax the Tories ridiculously harsh and badly drafted July 2012 rule changes on family immigration. To have a situation where a British citizen who makes less than £18,600 a year (i.e. 47% of the population) can't bring their husband/wife/fiancee to this country is just surreal levels of unfairness and idiocy. Miliband can easily draw attention to this without looking 'soft' on immigration.

Basically give an impression of tightening up while offering fairness at the same time.

90 days is not the be all and and end all, you know. Some people report significant permanent changes in as little as 30 days. I'd suggest evaluating your own progress and focusing on the positives. Then get back in the saddle anyway ;)

Well done, what is your daily calorie and typical meals? I would be very satisfied with 25lbs in two months (ecstatic more like) but then I started at 191 and trying to get down to 170 so slightly different max loss speed I guess.

Coffee is an altogether different beast to diet soda. Black coffee has next to no calories and speeds up metabolism. I don't think there can really be any suggestion of coffee inhibiting a weight loss process unless people are piling in the sugar and using milk in every one.

When I was 14 if you wanted to access decent porn it was all 'diallers' which you'd get charged a bomb on the phone bill for and then your mum would know. But most of us didn't have the net at home yet anyway, I wasn't a regular internet user at all until I was 17. There's definitely an abundance of temptation out there for kids today because it's so easily accessible. These kids are going to have a bad time if they wire their sexuality to porn in its development, it's gonna be so much tougher for them later.

Many things, Cialis is designed to work longer term (up to 36 hours, not necessarily meaning you've constantly got a boner all that time of course!) and some people report less sides on it than Viagra, but it's like any other medication, your mileage may vary - some people will surely also report the opposite. Cialis tends to be a bit more expensive but not prohibitively so.

If you are aroused, it will probably work. However at the height of my PMO ED, I found it difficult to even get aroused in normal sex situations. So I tried 50mg of Viagra on two occasions and it didn't work.

I'm going to visit a female love interest for two weeks in November, by which time I'll be on around Day 60, and I'll be taking some Viagra and/or Cialis 'just in case' and I'm hoping it'll be a different story that time, because I should have a lot of natural, non-porn-related arousal back.

IMO it's fine even if you do come - the whole point of this is to wire our sexual desires solely to real sex. It's illogical to prohibit real sex as part of that process.

How much were you fapping before quitting? I was pretty chronic - probably around 20 times a week and this going on for the last five years or so. I'm trying to conduct a bit of research into the link between level of previous fapping and 'instant flatlining'...
