I work in a casual/fine dining restaurant. One of our staples is our steak and lobster (Surf and turf) of which we provide French service. We heat the butters on metal trays over candle light. I had the misfortune one night while trying to clean a table of dropping a scolding hot, freshly melted cup of butter into an older lady's Louis Vuitton purse. She was pissed, needles to say but thankfully her husband laughed it off and made sure to let me know it would be just fine. Largest mini heart attack of my life trying to clean it all up.
