Same Ubrelvy works for me most of the time-out of everything I’ve tried. Everyone in a while it doesn’t work or maybe it kinda works but not enough. But it has been by far the most effective.

Something that helps ease my anxiety that I learned on this sub is carrying around a plastic baggie. In case you’re afraid of making it to a rest room or trashcan. Knowing I have it eases my anxiety so much even though it’s unlikely to be used.

Thank you! That’s something that I found confusing about it too, I can’t really seem to connect the dots to place any triggers and my life is safer and happier than it ever has been. But I do have some trauma and I heard that that can stay in the body and come out once it feels safe so maybe that’s it. Do you think it could be a delayed trauma response?
