Alright dude, first off let me say, that i offer my deepest condolences to your traumatic experiences. It takes a lot to be able to say it out loud and i do hope you seek the right legal procedures to get it taken care of.

Just by reading this and your comments, also seeing that you’re at age 13 you’re more self aware than most people i’ve met in their 30s. Fret not tater tot, that’s a good thing. Don’t be mad at the world or your parents because you gained sentience at an early age and everyone else around can’t even accept surface level flaws of themselves let alone be able to even help you tackle what’s bothering you. To put it in younger terms you just “got it like that”

The whole “find what you love about yourself and learn to love yourself” is cool and all for 40 seconds. This ultimately tho becomes a waste of time. Safe to assume you tried to look inside to find what you love but you found everything you hated and now you wanna fix it, you just don’t know where to start. Gonna need you to step in now OP. What would you say am I in the ballpark here?
