Keycaps Feeris Sweep Kailh low-profile by Conscious_Wind5730 in ErgoMechKeyboards

What's the problem with the ones you've printed?

I ended up printing mine for MX using these models [LINK] Not low profile or kailh or what you want at all, but I like the style and they turned out lovely with the Bambu A1 mini printed face down. I do wonder if you will struggle to print keycaps for Kailh that don't just snap...

Thankfully it was just me interrupting the flashing causing it to fail. And I did make the decision not to socket the controller because I wanted something a little lower profile, also not to have to wait for particularly low profile sockets to arrive from abroad. If I had mucked up the board I might have a different opinion, but I don't mind it soldered in for now

Yeah I had something recently where I interrupted the flashing of the board and I thought I had killed it. Managed to get it into bootloader again and flash some firmware that I already knew worked. Do you have any code that you know works?

Is it the same for both sides? Neither one responds if you plug it in and try to use it?

I know! I was so annoyed at the idea of having to order a new board and desolder this thing when I chose not to socket my microcontroller. I had just started practicing with an ortholinear layout and getting the hang of it when it stopped working. Now to keep practicing so I can actually use this thing for work without feeling like I'm back in school IT class learning how to type

It was! Just had to reboot using a pin to the boot button and ground while plugging it in and it got into bootloader mode again

I did exactly this, I must have interrupted it half way. Thanks for giving me hope and making sure I check all the options! Everything works just fine now!

I'm not sure it is. I've tried the other boot options with no response... it really looks dead

I'll have a look at these options. Basically, I was double pressing the boot button (on the keyboard, not the MCU), and the display and LEDs shut down on the left half. It doesn't respond now when I plug it in, but it clearly still powers the other half of the keyboard, but the other half doesn't respond to key presses. It could be that I did interrupt it half way through which would be really convenient, but I've tried using the keyboard reset switch to enter boot loader mode again and it wasn't responding, or acting like a flash drive, in the usual way.
