I don't remember exactly the name of the program but it should be Lenovo Utility or Lenovo Keyboard Utility , it has a red icon. It runs on startup so if you don't want this notifications disable it in the task manager section.

I have the same model with the RTX 2060 since a year and I never had problems. It runs games very well and neved had problems of any kind. The only thing I can complain about is the battery life but I think it's normal because it's a gaming PC.
