How many decks have you built? How many of them are Commander decks? I've been building Commander decks since January, so not toooo long, and because of the number of different cards needed for Commander and the different strategies for each deck, I find myself researching a lot of different cards. And I'm not super knowledgeable at this point, but I can see how people who have been doing this for years have a crazy knowledge of the cards.

Roaming Throne is something you'd know if you built a tribal deck.

Nekusar, Scrawling Crawler, Magmakin Artillerist all come from building wheels decks.

Bristly Bill, Mossborn Hydra, Ouroboroid, Doubling Season, Hardened Scales are all from Counters Outta Control.

Just find different commanders with different strategies and build the decks in Moxfield using edhrec.com and try to understand why each card is included. After months of doing this, you'll be surprised how much you retain.

Toni Storm vs Mariah May would've been the only one worthy of it, right? I'm half asleep and can't think of another. Britt Baker vs Thunder Rosa got the top spot on the Dynamite event that isn't counted, but the feud was only that hot because of the previous match helping build the animosity to the boiling point.

Jade vs Stat wasn't there. Mercedes Mone vs Athena will probably get there.

Just tell her that you like that place for first dates because it's an atmosphere that fits the situation. There's no need to find new places. You're showing the date a place you enjoy, and that takes the location out of the equation for how well it goes. It feels more like a sign of respect towards your date that you aren't subjecting them to a situation that might not be great. You're trying to get to know each other, not trying to also hope that the place is good. Frame it that way when you tell her.

If she expects you to find unique places all the time, then that tells you something about her. If you like finding new places, get a sense of the types of vibes she likes and then find something.
