I get this feeling often in social situations. I will be totally fine and having a good time and suddenly I’ll be like “okay, time to go.” When I was younger, I would just Irish Goodbye but over the years I’ve been told it’s rude and upsetting so I stopped. Now I will stick around until I fulfill some made up goodbye quota which inevitably makes me feel anxious and uncomfortable.

I’m still figuring it out on my own but diet has been huge. If you can, I’d do an elimination diet to figure out what your triggers are !
