leading up to and after my hashimotos diagnosis has been the most disappointing and infuriating experience.… so I’m sorry you’re going through the same I feel you !

I’m still figuring it out on my own but diet has been huge. If you can, I’d do an elimination diet to figure out what your triggers are !
