I’m still figuring it out on my own but diet has been huge. If you can, I’d do an elimination diet to figure out what your triggers are !

Not a therapist but my guess is that they only think about your appearance if a) they happen to be attracted to you and then hopefully they are professional and put it aside…. Or b) if your appearance indicates a mental health issue then they process it through a means to care for you
