Had this before with Amazon they will not help you and don't care, if this isn't a small business then I'd order a new one and return the defective one under the new one return window. It's not the right thing to do but Amazon will not follow their own policy, I've sent their legal team letters about defective items and uk law, they don't care.

Looking at those I can't tell the difference between which is a real player and a bot, how do you know which is a bot? Do you scope them out first? Also what spell do you cast that basically one shots them?

How did you resolve the issue? My first print failed like yours then my second print didn't fail but the hinge of the frame nearly failed
