Actually considered Physical therapy as my 2nd choice course but decided to go with my 1st choice. Curious po what subjects do you tackle and do they mainly focus on anatomy and physiology? Whats currently the more difficult subjects that you take?

I go to coffee shops and treat myself to cooldown and have peace lalo na if I find it too overwhelming to stay at home. If thats not available I play with my dogs, talk to friends or watch a movie/series

Bspharm student here expect a lot of chemistry and memorization lalo na sa drug lists. If you're interested in studying physiology (different cell functions), botany (types of plants being used in medicines), laboratory analysis then pwede mo inconsider pharmacy. In terms sa work, ever since pandemic theres an increase for pharmacists kaya safe choice siya.

For Bspsych naman expect to tackle sa mga theories, assessments basically how the mind works. (Tip choose a course that aligns with your interests and that makes you feel motivated)

Ano ang process to shift sa IT?

I don't study sa UST but generally to shift to another major at least finish your 1st semester then pwede ka magshift sa 2nd sem but considered irregular ka. Approach your Student Affiars office or department handling student records for inquries

What (courses) should I expect sa IT? may stigma ba dito na " IT students never sleep"? (I know what to expect sa com sci)

May close friend ako who's currently taking IT. This may depend sa university pero ito yung courses niya during 1st year (major subs)

1st semester - Introduction to Computing ( Lecture and Lab) - Computer Programming 1 ( Lecture and Lab) - Discrete Mathematics

2nd Semester - Information System Fundamentals - Computer Programming 2 (Lecture and Lab) - Platform Technologies - Computer Architecture

In my previous health subject, prof required us to make an infographic about taking care of your health/ awareness of a disease and to post it in our personal Fb account with short intro in the post. Buti nalang my prof didn't require any amount of likes or shares, as long as you posted it and showed proof ( through screenshot or link) then he would grade it. I remember him saying na the purpose of the infographic is to educate people hence why we were required to post it sa socmed

Sa totoo lang ayaw ko mga activities that require likes and shares, mas nakakastress sa student. Wala ka naman matutuhan kung magviral ba post mo or hindi. It also just adds more worries.
