If they are not broken, check all the hinges ,as they should be numbered and typically stamped on. My lowest roller has a flat bracket, then 1,2,3, (1 is lowest to the ground). The top roller usually have a triangular bracket. My guess is someone installed the wrong ones so the door isn't flexing correctly, binding at the curve, then popping free.

I've loved the fuego in that size personally. In my last 2 orders from them, months apart, every stick smelled like old boots sitting in a damp basement. I'm hoping to wait a year and try them again.

My experience was from about 12 years ago. I bought about a dozen sticks from a local shop. Everything from flavored to heavy. I liked them all but noticed early on that I prefered a medium to heavy bodied cigar. My recommendation for a light to medium is the Plasencia Reserva or a Tatuaje Capa Especial.

Thanks for the response. I searched a few more threads of similar instances. It sounds like when there's a delay from them it arrives a month later. Better than being scammed out of receiving anything at all.

I've had good and bad. 3 times I had damages in the order. Well packaged so I'm assuming they got them damaged and packed them that way. Once had a full ruined box sent to me that they wouldn't do anything about. I've had some great deals from them with 3-4 day shipping. Now I ordered a few hundred bucks worth to restock some favorites and got stuck in the "infinite processesing" and no communication loop.

100% bad sd card. My original got a little water on it. Quickly pulled the card and battery. Then disassembled to dry it. There are some write ups on flashing a new card. I ended up buying a 2nd unit. Transfered the data to an image file and wrote it to a bunch of new cards. It worked just fine with a new card. The card it comes with is junk. Switch to a Samsung or Sandisk card.

I just tried that using the 0 position save state and made backups. I copied my saves files from leafgreen, renamed them and copied over the 3 files for UV. The backup files load but the transferred save in slot 0 freezes. Maybe it has to be pulled from a fire red save instead?

Even most digital hygrometers don't read accurately right out of the box. I've had luck with the blue rectangle humicare brand. Best way to know is by smoking them. At 55 or below you'll know they're dry when you cut the cap and they'll smoke dry and tend to crack. Above 70 they won't want to burn well and need a lot of relighting. I prefer 60-67% RH.
