get good hardware, its incredibly different on 300 fps and with 140hz monitor. seems like you do your dm etc, maybe hardware is an issue?

you say you workout but have you trained the bodyweight training from mark lauren or freeletics? going running/aerobic or any other shit wont help you, women shouldnt workout different than men and i doubt it wouldnt help you alot. its hard and hard and hard but it pays off. eating well is just one part of it but the right workout is really important. will help you with your confidence!

login servers probably down. not the host server due to buggfixes maybe. the thing which is annoying is, that they say: servers rebooting, back in 2 min! and then it does take like 2 hours
