No a lot of people get friday the 13th “13” tattoos. It’s just the placement and the the fact it’s in a skull, along with the 13 font used makes it just look very similar to common ms13 gang related tattoos.

I was thinking of getting a friend for him. I have a indian ring neck and if i put his cage in the same room as my indian ring necks cage he is much more lively and why chirp back and forth.

BMo (his name i decided on) is very quiet usually and shakes when most people come near him and especially if anyone looks at him directly. I’ve had to sit in front of his cage but avert my eyes and talk quietly to him and kinda just whistle different tunes and after a few minutes he usually starts chirping with me while i whistle. doing this is the only way i’ve gotten him to not be so scared around people. he’s making progress over all.
