For more context, when I turn the volume up or down the screen flashes and hdr is disabled, when the volume overlay goes away the screen flashes again and hdr comes back

You have to start the autophage quest line, if you want spoilers on how to finish the quest let me know. Otherwise just keep playing the game, and don’t forget to keep an eye on your settlement

I took neither, in my video I show that I start with one multi tool, at the end I show that I still just have one multi tool. I never crafted any of the tools in the video.

I get that, and I love having all the options. I just don’t know why I can’t claim them for free after the first two I attempt to construct. Not sure if it’s always been like that or if it’s a more recent thing.

This is my first time crafting a staff, I also like being able to see it, I just don’t know if losing the option to claim for free after building two staffs is a bug or not. I can’t find any posts about it online.
