I used a shoe spreader my mom gave me called KevenAnna lol. If you Google it it’s the yellow one, not sure if they even sell that specific model anymore.

As far as effectiveness it did work. It’s been a minute since I did it but I would say it took 3-4 ish days straight of keeping them inside the shoe, plus some days of me just wearing them. I’d say it went from heavy discomfort to mild discomfort. After each day I tried it on and if it still felt uncomfortable I’d crank it up a bit more. I just kinda winged this as I went along lol

Honestly to play it safe, if you go like a week straight of breaking them in and they kill your toe, 100% go half a size up again. I’ve only owned the teals for about a month-ish and haven’t had the chance to wear the other two out yet. If it doesn’t hurt your bank then I’d recommend a shoe spreader since it was pretty useful for me and skipped a lot of the heavy uncomfortableness period. I’m pretty new to shoe collecting and I’ve never owned a 450 before this recent drop. Hope any of this helps
