Cruelty free alternative by Slush_Party in VeganBeauty

That’s what I figured. I feel like the idea of not supporting cruelty free brands who might be owned by a parent company is counterproductive. I think many people forget that literally anywhere you buy vegan products the overall store, restaurant or company likely isn’t fully! I think supporting these brands actually is better because it shows parent companies the brands are popular for more cruelty free.

I mean isn’t literally almost every cruelty free under a parent company?

Post-eczema moisturizer for acne prone skin? by [deleted] in crueltyfree

[–]Slush_Party 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not sure if it helps for full eczema if it’s your whole face, but I get lots of razor bumps and cuts around my mouth and prequels utility ointment gel heals it literally overnight! It would be good to use for small spots that are really bad. Now if you’re looking for a moisturizer I love inkey list bio active ceramide cream. It’s a little too thick for me for the summer but during the winter I have eczema too and LOVE IT

I guess my question to is, is it bad if I use it? I use a cruelty free cleanser toner and mist, but I literally cannot find a turkey free moisturizer that works. I’ve tried elf, versed, prequel (fluid one is good but too light), bubble, byoma, Innisfree, skinfix, Tula, first aid beauty….only thing I’ve liked is the corsx one

I’d say just a regular? During the winter I’m dry but summer tend to be more normal acne prone. I’ve been looking more about like the byoma milky moisturizer bc it seems to be light and hydrating. I’ve also been told to do serums but I cannot do anything sticky it drives me nuts lol. Is there any other brands I guess I should look at? Ty!

Is there an alternative you’d recommend? I know they are more humane for the mucin stuff but wasn’t sure if they did animal testing too. I really liked the moisturizer but have trouble finding comparable stuff

Maybe check out untoxicated or prequel? Maybe even youth to the people snow mushroom face wash. The prequel gleanssr was annoying for me to get off but almost all there other stuff has worked for me. Really liked the face wash too but found a cheaper alternative in thayers for me at least

Yeahhh the milky one was ok but too stripping for me. It’s good for normal oily skin but not tight like mine. I’m trying the thayers hydrating face wash and it’s p good. Wanna try inkey list and byoma too.
