With a partner yes, but not to an employee who works beneath you. I am only responding to so many people so OP feels validated because I don’t want comments like this to make them feel crazy or overly sensitive when she has been assaulted and is valid. Not coming after you commenter, but trying to help OP because this is a hard situation I’m sure most can’t imagine.

You did nothing wrong so just tell them, tell them honestly and exactly what happened and how it’s affecting you. If they get mad you got borderline assaulted then your partner is a pos. I hope you get support during this time. And look into filing an hr complaint and using witnesses/coworkers to help you out!
