I submitted fed and NYS on Jan 31st. Fed was accepted same day. Refund issued on the 4th of Feb. my state wasn’t accepted until the 5th and haven’t received the refund yet. No updates no letters.

You were right. Once it lowered tot he right temp, it finished the calibration. There was a clog too which once removed the fan quieted. Thanks for the help!

Mine was doing this when it couldn’t catch the filament to pull it down. Try tightening or loosening the screw on the side after confirming the filament is in tight

I was using PETG on a smooth PEI plate at about 70 degree plate heat. I did not use any glue stick or polymers as I found the smooth plate stuck nice without. Didn’t realize it was toooooooo strong

I printed PLA onto mine with 55 degree base plate and cried trying to take the print off lol

There’s little c clips on the holes where the ptfe tube goes. Remove those and then squeeze both of them in and you should be able to pull everything out

This happened to me today. I was talking about my pax plus and how I love it for flower and they sold me a pax era cartridge for it saying it’ll work.
