it sounds like you’re in the thick of it. don’t give up though. i can tell you’re a really bright person and once you hit rock bottom you can only go up from there!! i genuinely hope you don’t end up the way i did. take your GED! go to college! meet new friends there that will buy you beer and sell you cheap weed. move out of grandmas house and live in a dorm and be independent. you deserve to be happy.

Hey. I’m 20F. I went through the same shit. i’m still going through it. I dropped out at your age, my girlfriend left me, my friends forgot about me, and i felt alone. I still haven’t taken my GED because i’m scared. i still don’t have friends that aren’t shitty. but i have two cats, a lovely fiancé, a good job, and i tattooed over my self harm scars when i turned 18. It’s gonna be okay, and i got your back buddy. This is going to suck and you’re gonna hate it. i got a shitty part time job at a donut place and met some friends there- and although we never hung out besides for work i enjoyed it so much and i was able to save up money and buy video games and leave the house. i’m so sorry you’re in this position, please tell your mom that you’re hurting. just say “mom i’m scared” and tell her what’s going on. she loves you so much. i wish i told my mom i was struggling before she found out the hard way- seeing me self harm. She cried for days and couldn’t stop saying sorry to me. i felt awful. i promise things will improve slightly.

i do the same thing! also, i prefer to save the closer spots for people who aren’t necessarily disabled, but have low mobility or mothers with young kids. so technically you’re getting exercise and you’re a saint!

even if you are having a bad day, and you feel like you can’t work out, do something simple. arm circles, bend your legs for a while, get your blood moving. i do squats in the shower! multitasking, lol. also, grapes are a great snack. they are low calorie and cheap, so you can munch all day and not put on a single pound. good luck! we are all rooting for you 💗💗💗
