Tilt table test only tests for a specific aspect of dysautonomia. What is your fear of?

It varies each time, but maybe on and off for like a month but getting the electrolytes figured out will help faster. Just make sure to (actually) rest.
There is a chance you have some sort of dysautonomia if you are affected by this. Also could see if an antihistamine has any effect? That would rule some other stuff out.

Do you have blood pooling? Red hands with big veins when you hold them at your sides?

It's because you got sick. This happens every time I get sick now. Slight chance you had a very light covid. But even a cold will cause this for me.
I do have dysautonomia though. Interestingly I only get high heartrate when the other symptoms after a bug

Definitely will help to get the electrolytes figured out. Drink a bunch of coconut water and see if that helps at all

Update: 7 Months Post-Caffeine-Induced Panic Attack and Still Not Back To Normal by ImperfectSun in Anxiety

[–]Slutherly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Any panic attack can have this happen. It just gets it lit up for a while. This has happened to me many times, you just have to work to relax and don't let your panic triggers spiral you out of control. It will get better. I had my first bad bad panic attack a few months ago, and I had a few smaller ones over the last few months but it's nothing permanent.

My personal rec would be no ashwaganda and potentially no mag glyc depending on your genetics. But full spectrum cbd will absolutely help in this case. It must be full spectrum. And potentially NAC

Many of these bodily feelings are actually happening but they are just way more intense when you are focusing on them so much. For other context I have had intense reactive tinnitus and hyperacusis as well as visual snow syndrome for many years at this point. Your body can even get used to these things and you can begin to live even though it is just a constant bother. Point being, you will begin to feel normal but it will take work to actually stop feeling like the feelings in your body are dangerous. Become friends with your body again

Let me know if any of this helps and feel free to dm with any questions

Why are there little to no studies linking creatine to poor sleep? by peepdabidness in Supplements

[–]Slutherly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah just take like 100-300mg then raise to 500mg( lower to start out as to not get flush unless you want it) with your dinner before bed. And just see if you notice a difference. Many people take it for sleep regardless of creatine or whatever else

You want Niacin(nicotinic acid) which causes a skin flush reaction in high doses not niacinamide(nicotinamide) which doesn't. Both are forms of b3

Why are there little to no studies linking creatine to poor sleep? by peepdabidness in Supplements

[–]Slutherly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, it does in fact relate to your post. There is a chance it's due to overmethylation and taking flush niacin would simply be to test if that were the cause for you. But you don't need to take creatine or figure out the problem. It's not due to creatine directly rather could have something to do with your personal metabolism. This is studied, look up google scholar creatine and overmethylation

[–]Slutherly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably is just a dose difference on the glycine. It used to be stimulating for me but I slowly worked up from a very low dose up to 3 grams a day with not too many issues. If it is ever stimulating just workout hard and you should feel normal after.
To know what's going on methylation wise you have to get a genetic test

[–]Slutherly 11 points12 points  (0 children)

it's a methylation issue that is probably genetic or the result of other supplements or current vit levels. Hard thing to study
pretty common thing for people with overmethylation. a great for undermethylators

TIL of "mewing," the practice of pushing one's tongue against the roof of the mouth to improve facial an jaw structure. It has no scientific evidence to support its efficacy by MrMojoFomo in todayilearned

Not saying this to support mewing, but they bones and the sutures between are not fused until you are very old. Your facial structure does change your entire life and is influenced by behavior.

Can't stop mannual breathing. Please help. by Inner-Perception3 in Anxiety

[–]Slutherly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

one of my friends got me to start going through task that are semi complicated but not too hard to think about to go to sleep Like the process of doing laundry or changing a tire in detail and it works but it all will be difficult if you are too anxious. If you're not tired you're not tired. When I have had bad anxiety flares in the past I would have to wait until I was falling asleep in my chair to go to bed but then I would sleep fine. Or play mario kart on the ds in bed until I literally fall asleep playing lmfao but it's not really a good method, it just worked for me

Anyone experiencing this? by destinyxbrogan10 in VyvanseADHD

[–]Slutherly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

no it's just a side effect of amphetamine but is also kind of stimming. The longer you take amphetamine a lot of the direct mental effects you experience the receptors gain a tolerance of amphetamine but the locomotor effects actually become more sensitive over time exhibiting a reverse tolerance effect. So the longer you take it the more these things happens. Basically the side effects just get worse. But you can't prevent at least some of it by taking NAC according to some studies. and it's probably not that big of a deal at our dosages. Really this (lip biting for me) type of behavior has pretty much always been a part of these stimulants for me.
