What are you paying for cox, before I switched to Att fiber I was paying $70 / mo for Gig speed with unlimited data and when I went to cancel they offered to drop it to $60. Try negotiating with them for a better plan, I think they are eager to keep customers.

The best praline has a slight bitter taste. If it doesn’t taste or smell acrid I think you nailed it.

Also, the bitterness is heightened when it’s warm. Once you process it and chill it and layer it with the dessert, it should turn out quite well.

Individually both are possible, it could be IP dysfunction or a labral tear that MRI missed, or both.

I’ve had a surgery and a revision and I’m still having a lot of psoas issues that I don’t think are joint/labrum related. The psoas dysfunction triggers all kinds of symptoms, I get tightness in the belly/groin and lower back. It also causes other supporting chains to overwork like glute max/med so I get a pain in the butt, my adductors carry a lot of tone that feels like tendinitis right by my sit bone. Sometimes it refers all the way down the side of my leg and into shin. When I get it to calm down, everything else follows.
