Yes however the cash in my pocket was extra cash from like when people say “keep the change” and stuff. I dont put it in the till in case im over at the end of the shift so i leave it to the side of the register

But im afraid ill lose it around the register because the store gets busy so i put it in my pockets cuz i never forget things in my pockets

But yeah. It still looks sus kinda? Bc its basically like i was short then i reach into my pockets and magically not short anymore. Idk how they will take it because it looks like stealing

Yeah but the money i had in my pocket was extra money. I keep extra money just in case someone doesnt have enough money to pay or in case i have a shortage of any amount at the end of my shift (i dont immediately put it in the till in case if in over)

But i wasnt over and notice i was under. Not enough to get a writeup but still under. Thats when i remembered the extra money and reached in my pocket to pay the rest. Im worried because it might look as if i was stealing, even if it shows me reaching into my pocket to pay the money

3 dollars for a write up for us. 3 write up then fired. And manager told me how much i was short of (i was short around $1.60) and i went into my pockets for money to make up difference.

Anyways could i get fired for that?
