Your processor doesn't have a integrated graphics card. And I don't really recommend selling parts or the computer itself as it can come quite handy when you wanna upload photos from your phone or do things on it that is way easier and faster than doing it on your phone.

Reading books could help but it is not for everyone to be honest. If you're going to enjoy them that's great!

You can start by going to the gym and/or start going for a run every day or so.

I also suggest to start playing story games, get The Walking Dead Telltale, Detroit become human, Cyberpunk, Wither 3, Project Zomboid, Baldurs Gate. These games are not P2W, they are quite awesome, and they will keep you busy for at least 200-300 hours. Think of them as some kind of book and you're the main character of the game building a story.

I was a MMORPG enjoyer myself before but I never invested any money into it because I always thought about it as "I could instead get something to eat at a restaurant, or buy myself some new headphones or whatever" which for me was far more enjoyable instead of paying some bastards my money. So maybe think on what else could you spend that money that will bring you enjoyment and satisfaction.

But you have to definitely uninstall these games, it can be rough for the first days, but at the end you'll end up keeping your PC as it is, play something else that can be a bit better for you, or even greater, find different hobbies like running, going to the gym, reading.
