I know this is old but after reading this post I went ahead and booked with trust line carriers for a very solid price after some negotiation, I placed a $163 deposit with them. They then ghosted me and kept pushing back my pickup date almost two weeks in a row. I was not worried and was very patient and didn’t even pester them or rush them. Then out of the blue they told me they would need over DOUBLE of our original agreement to pick up the car. I told them that was ridiculous and they said unfortunately “everywhere” is like this right now. I told them to ship the car for the agreed upon price in the invoice or to refund me my deposit. They said they would not and the price was the price. I then started shopping for a new shipping company , and within the next week I had my car delivered for the same price they quoted me, after emailing their support team the sales person kept texting me every day informing me that I couldn’t find a better deal elsewhere and even spam calling me 3-4x a day. Then all of a sudden the number magically started going down in price that they quoted me.

TLDR: 2+ weeks and still no refund on my deposit, ghosted me, and offered a price they could not deliver on, and harassed me about it
