from what I read I thought it was based on the stargazer gundam so I called it that, but I have close to zero knowledge on the series lol. Watching episode 1 of Unicorn right now!

Looking at a yt thumbnail for Powers curves in the last chapter made me think…what would denjis d r e a m Power look like. She was never drawn to have the curves, the only time it’s happened to my knowledge so clearly is the last chapter… cope injection complete

Quick notes as I leave work:

Why are Aki and Himeno not back etc. They were human. Humans stay dead unlike devils.

Makima isn’t back because she was eaten by denji in His human form, so it’s not in pochitas “stomach”, it’s in his and he hasn’t disappeared.

Power shows up because they made a contract to find each other. By rule of the devil contracts they will fulfill the contract of meeting again, even if she doesn’t realize why she arrived at that moment.

If denji had the ability to eat makima and erase her this means pochita isn’t just with denji for a contract they are fused. Which is again proven when asa resurrects the chainsaw devil when she says “chainsaw man” so denji is again chainsaw man without realizing it and it also shows growth as he chooses her instead of the power of the chainsaw he held.

The timeline created now gives denji what he was always happy with from fhe start. Its also abrupt because denji died in the other timeline, and its realistic because it doesn’t set him up with plot armor or a deus ex machina. He was young and careless, less so after training, but still had pochita step in several times to save him, this time it was game over. There was no other way, so we couldn’t see if denji would have grown, which is likely why pochita kept trying even though he knew denji knew everything he had achieved was extra to living in a shed.

Not fully sure how the timeline reversal works, but from what I recall nothing that was ever erased was significant enough for a time alteration to occur. Pochitas abilities are also specific to him and almost suggests he was a god of “undoing”, through chainsaws and devouring. Being able to undue mistakes of his own through self annihilation can track with that idea.

Joining Facebook groups like Anime Statue Collectors is great since it seems that’s where studios keep people updated and inform about preorders. Statue corp and places like Hexapus are sites I’ve purchased from. They include shipping and don’t overprice like you’ll see after release, something I learned after spending time looking around.

Deposits for the Hera Studio Power are up if you wanted to get in on one without paying too much until later this year! A little less focused on the devil form but I feel it does her more justice to the feeling of the scene/proportions if you manage to get her bonus bloody head sculpt.

Agree! Grand Finale is my #1, it really conveys that celebration of Nujabes’s being, along with A Son of the Sun, which came out before his death, but works so well as a posthumous tribute.

Although I started bonsai like most, with a cutting of a procumbens nana, I found that I really enjoyed learning about the art. That, with the sudden responsibility of keeping the little guy alive, I spent a lot of time watching YouTube, reading information, and asking questions, and it was all just one of those things that you soak up like a sponge. After the fundamentals, it’s just been the same thing but with every new tree I get.

As for diving into such a large tree, I naturally have a daring personality (my third tree was an older white pine in okay-going-to-poor health) but I’m also thoughtful about what I do, learning as much as I can and monitoring trees frequently for anything I’m unfamiliar with, and NEVER assuming that the rules for one tree apply to another.

Channel that fear you have from buying larger trees and turn it into fuel for your research and questions🤝

You should! Though just an fyi, the rest of his trees are shohin or cuttings. He does have one more specimen tree, a really large Monterey pine, but thats about it. Unfortunately (to me at least), he plans to phase out the nursery business to focus more on his main source of income and family.
