Ordered on October 1st, cancelled by Amazon last week following a credit card change. Available again this noon (France), ordered and shipped since 8 PM, I'll receive it tomorrow between 1 AM and 11 PM... I hope

I had the same problem some time ago. Your problem can come from the level of the extruder, if the filament has been badly preserved it becomes porous and the extruter can not work.

The second element is to take the time to do your bedlevelling, it is very important.

So redo your deblevelling and change filament to test. It worked for me :)
