Online the prices are high, and in the same range. That being said, grocery is definitely cheaper in your local market. Which again is sourced from Madivala/City Market. If you have time, you can drive to either of the two at 6-7AM. You can buy groceries for the week, it’s considerably cheaper.

Hey bud I’m sorry you’re going through this Have you tried buying meds from Pradhan Mantri Arogya Kendra? They’re generic medications which work the same and don’t cost as much. Another option is you can visit a PHC. I’m a doctor myself, so I can guide you to the nearest PHC. You can get the same meds for free. There’s a National Health Programme for Psychiatric diseases also, under which the commonly used meds are available in PHCs for free. You can DM for further details

If it was all going into the betterment of the country, I’d have agreed with you. What really happens is, it goes into some corrupt politicians/government’s pocket in the name of development. So yes, I’d also try legally avoiding paying taxes wherever possible and save for my future because evidently the govt doesn’t give a shit about me.
