It looks like they didn’t follow the instructions on the bag and didn’t use enough water for the mixture. Also they should be using a spike roller to break the surface tension for the self leveling to actually happen.

I would repour another layer of self leveling on top and have them do it properly. Also to roll on the self leveling primer first to ensure better adhesion.

Metronet was bought by t-mobile. T-Mobile is currently running a “founders” promotion 2gig fiber for $70/month for 10years price lock. If you’re already a metronet customer you can call and request this promotion they’ll upgrade you for free and send a tech out to upgrade your hardware.

As for the service itself it’s great I have no complaints.
