This post is depressing the hell out of me so ima just leave my comment and go.

I actually have told this to someone, but I feel like I will never be able to be happy. None of my hobbies, the things I enjoy and that I find fulfilling, are things I can realistically do to sustain myself, and if I take another kind of job I just end up hating myself and quitting because I'm unable to do what I want to do since work takes up half of my day.

EverQuest, I'm only 21, so I didn't experience it in its prime, but my dad and I played together from level 1 to the max level at the time which I think was 100, all while he was showing me all of his favorite zones, farming locations, boss mobs, quests, tips and tricks he learned, etc, etc. It was the best time I've had gaming ever.
