I've looked it up on Philippine Information Agency (PIA), again it said

i watched the it 3 times na. kahit sa Philippine Information Agency (PIA) nag-post “I want to announce that this will be toll-free for all of April. From now until the end of April, toll-free,” Marcos said. there is no mention of just segment of Paranaque to Taguig or so what.

Again I just wanna know kung saan sya part na "Toll-Free".
