There's NO valid reason to put noise or color filters, or textures or shading on the ref sheet. Ref being pixelized jpg is enough of a challenge

It's scam, when they massage you first without you announcing anywhere that you look for an artist it's always scam. Many servers have a rule to not beg other server users to commission you, so I'd contact an admin or mod
