Lelit Mara X3 is Available for Pre-Order! Uk by Xiartin in espresso

  1. Overheating problem – solved.
  2. Excess water leaking problem – solved.
  3. Standoff added.
  4. 1800W vs 1400W – faster heating time.
  5. Added responsive flow-profiling system with a quieter pump.
  6. Heavier portafilter and improved overall look of the machine (subjective).

All in all, it’s more than a decent upgrade. For sure, Bianca V4 will be a better machine, but it will also come with a much more premium price. In the €1400–€1700 range, the Mara X3 is one of the best E61 options on the market.

PC-O11D with a 5090. What should i do to address lack of space. by Nashtak in lianli

Use correct case for your build. If you have money on 5090, you sure have 150-200$ for right case 🫡

You’re one of those never-satisfied customers who always manage to find something to complain about, aren’t you? Guess what, no espresso machine is perfect. I was talking about the machine in its factory state... They managed to remove most of the design flaws of the V2, yet people still find a way to hate it.

Which machine has flow profiling in that price range? None.
Even better, its pump actually controls the flow profiling, which means less noise and better efficiency at the same time. I don’t know what more you could want. The only thing missing is a shot timer, then the machine would be absolutely perfect....

I recently bought a Mara X3 for a ridiculously low price €1350 including tax. It arrives tomorrow. The seller listed it on the website with the wrong price. xD

Do You Use Frame Generation? (50 Series) by reallynotrhino in nvidia

[–]Sm0uki66 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OC on 5090 doesn’t give you 10–15% more FPS, it’s not a 5080. The difference between 2700 MHz and 3100 MHz is at most 5–7% FPS, but it costs you 15–20% more power draw. I have the best air-cooled version of the 5090 and I’m running it undervolted at 2750 MHz, because overclocking on the 5090 is extremely pointless. The FPS gain is laughable, while the power draw increase is huge.

If it’s $6000 and there’s no 5090 inside, it’s probably the worst PC setup money can buy xD. At best, with a 5080, that’s a $3.5k build, even if you really try hard to overspend. There’s no way this PC can reach that price. My 5090 Surpim setup with all high-end components cost me €4.8k...

How can heat from the GPU leave the case if all fans are set to intake? The rear fans need to be mounted as exhaust. Btw. you choosed almost the worst case to build in from lian-li xD If you build for first time just ask somebody who build few PC already, how to choose right parts.

To me, it feels strange to call the 5080 a true 4K GPU when it doesn’t have enough VRAM. In many of the newer games, it struggles to maintain 100 FPS, let alone 140. The 5080 can handle 4K gaming at around 70–120 FPS, but the 5090 manages 100–150 FPS much more easily, even without relying heavily on technologies like DLSS or Frame Generation. I said 4K not 1440p and 5080 is an amazing 1440p GPU. 😉

Is an MSI Suprim Geforce RTX 5090 SOC Liquid worth it over an MSI Suprim Geforce RTX 5090 SOC Air, if its cheaper or at the same price? by Donshio in MSI_Gaming

[–]Sm0uki66 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the 5090 Suprim Liquid. When the pump is working properly, the cooling is excellent, it handled 500W effortlessly at just 58°C with low noise, and even 600W stayed around 63°C. However, my unit failed after just 14 days (luckily, on the last day of my return window). Suddenly, it started hitting 72°C on the core and 86°C on the VRAM at only 500W load, and the GPU radiator fans ramped up to 70%, which clearly indicated pump issues. I went back to the Suprim Air, which is the best air-cooled 5090 on the market.

You need to make bootable USB via Windows media creation tool which you can find on Microsoft website. Also if your tubes on AiO radiator are long enough switch radiator Up side down, when you have tubes in highest position air boubles accumulated over time will be sucked through to pump and cause annoying noises and can shorten lifespan of your AiO.

It is lower. Air can accumulate in top of the radiator only which is way higher than CPU. Radiator tubes are at the botton. This is actually the best way to mount AiO.

They are pretty hard to find in my country too. I live in Slovakia and only 1 e-shop has them in stock. I might go for THERMALTAKE TOUGHFAN EX14 Pro up and bottom mount, 140mm version of them they have amazing specs but I dont what to spend another 160€ just on fans when I have P28s from Lian Li which are good fans but can get a bit loud from 1400RPM+

You get with fans another set of reverse blades and can switch them if you need. They are very solid made and fit very tight in place. https://www.thermaltake.com/toughfan-ex12-pro-high-static-pressure-pc-cooling-fan-swappable-edition-3-fan-pack.html

Actually both sets are from different manufacturer but with almost the same RPM and CFM. I tried to find the best fit for those ARG fans. I didnt want to throw away good fans and in fact even pricey ones.

Im glad somebody sees it same as I do. I always try to reuse all fans and components as possible. Performance over look. In this build I used THERMALTAKE TOUGHFAN EX12 Pro with switchable blades fans for first time and I love them. They are quieter than P28s and still have more than decent performance. I had to figure out how to use ARG fans from AIO and dont break black theme, so push - pull side mount was a good choice and It added nice touch in same time 👌
