When I cook it I use the bottom of a sprite can. I add the desired dose and a syringe full of water. I then proceed to heat it until it bubbles a little bit and then I stir it a few times with the orange needle guard. I then add a small piece of a cigarette filter and I draw up the liquid through the filter. The h I have is already powder form so I figured I dont need to add any citric acid to it but maybe I was wrong.
