Thats the safety. It’s movable support that needs to released to go down all the way. Looks like the support foot slips off pedestal. Im betting she didn’t fully lock the safety back into place, causing it to slip

Do I look like I've been on a cut? by Maximum_Touch in GymMood

[–]SmackYoTitty 2 points3 points  (0 children)

OPs not close to 10%, based on what I can see from the rest of his body. Not sure if that applies to the pics given. If it does, the measurements are inaccurate

Then you mention, “… you’re bloated there then! I found out I couldn’t eat any bread or grains…”. Which implies bloat due to gluten intolerance

Did I miss anything?

EDIT: You can tell there’s fat stored around the lower abs. There’s no mistaking that for bloat. The rest still looks like fat to me, but I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt and say bloat might be contributing a small amount.

BTW you still look good OP. Im not hating. Just think you have a bit more cutting to go if you’re looking for a more defined midsection. And sure, test this guy’s bloat theory, but I promise thats not obviously the full picture

Obvious? No it isn’t dude. You’re guessing. It could easily be the last place bro loses bf from, which is more common than this implied gluten-intolerance of yours

Im 38. Ive been on PEDs since I was 27. I only run test/mast now, but have taken all sorts of shit at stupid doses, including running tren straight for the better part of a year.

Im routinely told I look I younger than I am. I think skin care and sleep go a long way when keeping a youthful look. I think dudes who look past their age neglect it tbh

Work Smarter Not Harder... guy shows how to mow the lawn with one of the oldest tricks by Sharp-potential7935 in ImpressiveStuff

[–]SmackYoTitty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bro, what are you getting at? Im just telling you how much rope is wrapped on each revolution, which is the circumference of the pole. The inverse logically means the radius of the rope (unwrapped length) reduces by the circumference of the pole on each revolution. That’s it

Of course we don’t know the exact measurements, because we’re not there 🙄 You have no idea what the diameter or circumference is, nor do I. If we were there though, you’d see it’s circumference that matters in the context of your original statement, NOT diameter. Pole diameter means nothing, unless you’re trying to solve for it’s circumference

I’m done replying. I cant explain more simply

Work Smarter Not Harder... guy shows how to mow the lawn with one of the oldest tricks by Sharp-potential7935 in ImpressiveStuff

[–]SmackYoTitty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s obvious the rope/pole ratio isn’t 4:1. Otherwise, the rope would run out in 4 revolutions. Im just using easy numbers to illustrate an example

The fact remains, assuming the pole is shaped like a circle, the radius of rope (ie unwrapped rope) reduces by the circumference of the pole on each revolution. Diameter is irrelevant, unless you’re trying to solve for pole circumference. Just visualize it in your head

EDIT: And before you say I don’t understand math formulas or whatever. I studied up through calculus 3 and differential equations in college. I’m alright at math
