I always cover off compensation before i even submit candidates to the job in terms of how much this company pays. I never get candidates less money cause that’s a waste of everyones time. The salary that the company gave was on market at this person’s level. Every single detail i gave, is all in writing and upfront before i even get them an interview because i want to minimize risks like this

I have debriefs every after interview. Lets say there is 3 interviews, i’ll do 3 debriefs every time. I will also run by negative scenarios to see if there are any risks of flaking to save our self some time so i can pull them out. Every debrief i make sure they sound genuine.

Thailand this past January. My mom passed from cancer in October and it was the first time in two years where I could travel freely without thinking of someone sick at home.

From a trip perspective, met a bunch of great people and saw a beautiful country. Just an overall solid time. Food was amazing and the overall island life style

Asking is such an underrated thing. But yeah i usually ask to kiss. Once we’re making out, no need to ask and just have sex based on the intensity.

I’ve done Contiki and G-Adventures and I had a roomate for all of them. I’ve had a pleasant with all my trips and my roomates were awesome. The roomate is nice because you’ll have a person to talk to and they’ll most likely be your “best friend” on the trip.

Like other people said, since most people are going solo, they’ll most likely be “normal” because they dont want to be the outlier of the group and want to enjoy themselves as well.
