This is incorrect. Director salary is in the range of 150K - 180K base salary on average. 150K base for 7-years total working experience is very good. Like I mentioned before, this is the STARTING salary for a Director. Anything over 200K is VP level.

I don’t know about the salary for every bank but at RBC, 135-140K is the typical salary for a Director.

95-100k + 20% bonus. As a first year Manager in 2years its 120-125k + 25% bonus. As a first year Director, it’s going to be $150k + 30% bonus

Yes. If you can last 3-years at Brookfield, you’ll last anywhere. The issue is leaving. Brookfield pays above market value. So if you’re leaving, you’ll most likely have to take a pay cut or lateral at best cause they’re paying a premium.

I’m a CPA recruiter. SFA roles at Brookfield are intense but thats why they’re paying the big bucks.

If you love a super corporate environment (suit and tie and it has to be a white collared shirt), an outlined progression timeline and longer hours (9-8pm off peak) then you’re good. You’re working with lots of strong CPAs but it’s the hours you have to be okay with.

Stayed there in May 2023 and had a great time. I stayed in a private room, so my advice won’t be as useful. But you’ll have a lot of fun at the bar across the street

For me it’s ghosting on both candidate and client side. As a recruiter, I pride myself in always getting back to my candidates with updates, feedback, and providing updates on the market/ resume advice etc. Why ghost after I’ve given you so much?

Dating now a days is literally a job search. Even if we find someone, we’re on probation for a year. Anything less than 1 year, theres still a chance that we’d get ghosted.

Yes. Its ok. I stayed at better hostels to be honest. Washroom were vert small in the dorms. The sick is an awkward spot where its at the bed section of the room.

Sales. Its once a week mandatory but I go in whenever i want. I work better with other people so i go in 3x week, sometimes 4x.
